Seriously amazed that these are as good as they are... They have become the go too item for me after years of swearing I would never get them because the box was better, BUT these are so easy a 6 year old would have little trouble making them and they are very good!! ... I usually add some shredded sharp cheddar to them myself.

Have you ever been Wowed by a food? These potatoes did it to me. The potatoes were so good that I thought I was dreaming! Who thought of the idea of putting four cheeses in a potato? Well, thank you- whomever you are!!!! They are to the moon-Awesome! So delicious, so yummy! I highly recommend. A must try!

This is a great value for off brand and tastes amazing! I'm glad we finally have a cheaper brand to get compared to "IDAHO". These are amazing and easy!

Somehow, the great value instant mash is superior to name brand, particularly Idohoan. This is a consistently reliable product. I have to have these on hand at all times.

I love all of the flavors of the Great Value instant potatoes. They are so easy to make and they taste delicious. They are just as good as the name brand ones at a fraction of the price.

I think these are even better than just regular mashed potatoes,,,, I like the pre-cook hamburger ready cut it in a little bites and stir it into potatoes when I got them made and it just really them good

The cooking directions seemed a little different and the overall texture had some lumpy bits. I'm not sure why they were lumpy and not smooth, because I mixed them very well. The taste was good, but maybe next time I'll just change the way they're prepared. They're not salty and do have a decent flavor, but I did have to add some extra cheese to them.

My husband and I do not prefer this brand. We tried it because it was cheaper than the namebrand. However, in this case, we will definitely pay the extra money for the main brand. Potatoes had an artificial taste of them and didn't absorb the water quickly.

I can't say whether or not to recommend. I will not buy it again because of the gummy texture, but maybe others wouldn't mind. So it tastes good, but too gummy and sticky.

I have never in my life tasted anything so disgusting. If you gave these a good review, I don't believe you. These weren't even remotely good and no amounting of trying to add other ingredients to help the flavor is going to work. How did these even make it to the shelf for sale?
