i use tgem for flavoring in cakes, and cookies and also frosting, instead of fresh strawberries. Fresh creates too much liquid that you cant account for when you bake. if you just put these into a little processor and pulsate a few times you have powder. perfect.

I crush it into powder and use it like Kool-aid and make an Italian soda out of it. Yummy! this is my 3rd time ordering it.

I like that there is NOTHING but strawberries in the bag, no added chemicals. Its a very verstatile product, can be used in so many ways, smoothies, crumble onto a cake as a topping, inside the cake as added flavor, in drinks like hot chamomile tea, in salads, I really like this product. It should come in a larger bag but not a larger price. Walmart has made enough profit already.

Make sure you look at the berries before eating them. Opened 4 bags out of 12 and there was rotten berries. You could tell they were that way before they freeze-dried them. This is the second time this has happened

They were not sealed properly and were soft not crisp like there supposed to be
