The beast canned Minestrone soup in a can. Excellent as a base for homemade minestrone.

Great soup! -but a concern
My best soup by far, I love it. It's a tomato base type that isn't over run by noodles. The peas have a nice crunch, which really brings it to the top. The only problem I have with it is one of the times I bought a can, I opened it and discovered it was only filled half way. So watch when your buying because they are all not the same.

Rich And Tasty!
Very good for a canned soup. I prefer making my own but this was good in a pinch. The vegetables and pasta were plentiful and the tomato gravy was thick and tasty. I added sliced Italian Sausage which added to the flavor. I will buy this again!

Most abhorred canned soup EVER!
Most abhorred canned soup EVER!! Mostly celery chunks, swimming in tomato juice, with pasta flakes and hard uncooked peas!
