Affordable, good-tasting Organic Lentil Soup
It's great to have an affordable Organic Lentil Soup option. The flavor is good enough; if you ever decide to change/improve the recipe, I suggest the following ingredients, from a discontinued Canadian brand (sadly, because it was a fantastic recipe!): WATER, RED LENTILS, CARROTS, DICED TOMATOES (TOMATOES, TOMATO JUICE, CITRIC ACID, CALCIUM CHLORIDE), TOMATO PASTE, BUTTER (MILK), POTATO STARCH, SUGAR, SALT, ROASTED GARLIC, DRIED ONIONS, YEAST EXTRACT, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE (SALT SUBSTITUTE), DRIED PARSLEY, SPICE EXTRACT, SPICES, TURMERIC, FLAVOUR (CONTAINS CELERY), LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, PARSLEY FLAKES, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.

Delicious!
I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but boy was I surprised!! I put some franks hot sauce in it or sirracha. The nutritional information is pretty impressive with 16 grams of protein and 20 grams of fiber for the entire can. Please don't get rid of this!

Id never had lentil soup before and Im glad this was my first! it has a good flavor and texture, not too thick but not too watery.

Not good
When I poured the soup into the bowl, it was more like a mashed up lentil soup. I was buying Wild Oats Organic Lentil soup before Walmart did away with the brand. I will not buy this again.
