WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE......NOTHING!! EVERY CHIP IS TASTY, NOT TO SALTY AND THEY PAIR WELL WITH DIPS AND SALSA....NAMELY, PAUL NEWMAN'S CHUNKY SALSA....SIMPLY DELICIOUS!! THE PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER CHIPS IS BY FAR THE BETTER CHOICE!! I ONLY BUY THESE FOR DIPS AND SALSA AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO!!
In my opinion, these have just the right amount of salt. So many tortilla chips have way too much salt. These have a good crispiness and a good size for dipping. They have a nice corn taste that adds to any dip you like. Considering the price, this is a great value for the money.
I had a heart attack and they told me to watch my salt, so I bought these, which are like 55mg salt per ounce, if you measure them out on a scale, I eat these now instead of crackers and they don't taste low salt, I highly recommend them for taste, salt content (or lack of), and price
Great Value Restaurant Style Lightly Salted White Corn Tortilla Chips, 13 oz. They are so light and crispy. The tortilla chips holds salsa pretty well. Good by themselves. I use them with my homemade dips. They taste really good too
the taste is better than the name brands. just enough salt that it doesn't change the flavor and they are really light ..thin..and so crisp. its the only brand we buy now.
You can not tell the difference between these and any other store bought chip. At least I can't; I bet you won't either. Not as good as the warm, freshly made chips in your favorite cantina; but there's no shame in serving these. Even your party going guests won't know the difference!
my favorite thing about these Great Value restaurant style tortilla chips is that they're lightly salted I don't like a lot of salt and I've cut back on it in the past years so anytime I eat a regular chip it's just too salty for me and these are perfect. I love to make nachos with them and put them in the oven with some chili cheese and jalapenos and warm it all up together it's delicious.
Personally I could do without the salt altogether. Americans have way too much salt in their diet and especially when you’re eating something like chips where you might get carried away DON’T LOOK IN MY BAG the less salt, the better. Yes, I ate a lot of them, even with them being lightly salted, but I didn’t feel bad about it afterward.
We started buying these chips when my wife needed to reduce the amount of salt she ate. These are very low in sodium , thin and crispy. We actually prefer these over the name brand ones. And the price is less than most. It would be nice to have an unsalted tortilla chips at this price.
I bought two bags thinking great value is usually pretty good compared to name brand. Not these. They were stale and flavorless. I felt like I was going to break a tooth biting into the chip. I opened the second bag to make sure it wasn’t just something wrong with the bag and the second bag was the same. My teeth hurt after trying these.
