These are good, better than fridolay and a better price as compared to Doritos that taste horrible and are waaaaaasyy over pricesed. The walmart brand has a better flaver and a good price. I actually like walmart chips way better than the name brands.
Honestly, with most the chips that are available in great value with the exception of the Doritos, I would pick great value over the regular brands anytime they're very comparable if they're not as good I mean they're really almost as good. It's hard to tell a difference and the the financial difference makes a difference if you're adding pennies, but if you don't have to worry about a budget, then go namebrand, but I truly think they're almost as good as me most times and so with some of them better
These chips right here taste so darn good. So, Good that my daughter and I look for these all the time. However, we aren't the only ones who think they are good because we cant find them. They are sold out. So buy more for us and place them where I can find them. Oh, and to the people who hide them. I will go looking to find them lol. That's how good they are smh.
I especially liked that there were nearly no broken chips in the bag, and that there was sufficient seasoning to let you know you were eating just what was stated on the bag, which some other higher priced name brand chips cannot always lay claim too.
did somebody say snack? I'm glad that they're serving these. I love the flavor. whether you're dipping it or snacking on it by itself, the flavor is really good and you can't tell that it's a house brand. dip them in all your favorite dressings. throw them between your sandwich and add some flavor and crunch. the kids love them and don't know that their house brand.
The chips are a little more jagged. They didn't hurt my tongue and were very cheap. I was mostly just happy with price. Not long after trying the chips I felt sick. The chips are super cheesy. Does have some sour cream and onion flavor, but you mostly just taste cheese. They're textured cheese chips with a little sour cream flavor just sprinkled on top like some seasoning.
I liked the queso flavored more. The taste for these are lacking. I only bought them as a snack and realizing potato chips are so expensive, especially relative to the cost of raw potatoes on the wholesale level being around 10 cents per pound. These taste as if they were overcooked. I will try to see if the queso are available but I didn't see them recently.
The flavor is excellent. My issue is that 90% of the bag the chips were all crushed. Why? because of how the carry in bag is packed. This time store put everything I bought in just (1) bag. Walmart can afford to pack heavy stuff into 2 bags instead of just 1 bag. Rather than ask for a refund because the cheap price, I'm just dealing with it. Bag packers please notice packing - large heavy stuff at bottom, and please do not put the bread at the bottom and heavy stuff on top. This is just common sense!!
Shipped in a box loose, packaged with a 6 pound box of product that was also loose. Crushed chips to a dust, not one chip was bigger than a flake. Walmart packers need to use thier brains!!! Same as shipping eggs loose in a box with a 2 Pond hammer loose too.
The majority of the chips had black spots (damaged potatoes in original form). There were NUMEROUS chips in the bag with these spots and were so ugly I couldn't use them for gathering. Also, the same for their regular chips. Using cheap potatoes?!?!?
