Great beans, work just fine in all bean applications. The bean is way fun where you normally put pedestrian beans like the tiny but mighty pinto. Mayocoba beans are great refried and stuffed in burritos and tacos. They work well in Chili and they will mash up to thicken the brew for dinner. They are also an awesome substitute for Pintos when making various bean and rice dishes that actually focus on the bean. Anyway Mayocoba beans are stocked on my shelf dry, canned as well as prepared in cans.

These beans are such a time saver. No more having to soak and boil beans for hours. Just tear it open at the top and microwave it for a few minutes and you're good to go. They taste good and are cooked perfectly. I like refried beans and when they're sold out I just mash these up and they turn out perfectly. My favorite precooked beans brand there way better and taste fresher than canned beans

These Mayocoba whole beans have become a family staple in our house. Easier on you stomach than pinto beans. They are in a rich gravy like sauce %26 sometimes I have to make 2 bags as my family can't get enough!

Beans come out easily and go well with Spanish rice and beans. I'd definitely recommend Vienna sausages or ham as the beans can be watery and on bland side
