I bought this to make shaved ice syrup and I love it!!! I used 1 pkg of the watermelon flavor Kool Aid and 2 cups of sugar and the recipe called for 1 cup of water but it was way too thick and sweet, my advice is to add as much little by little until your satisfied with the sweetness but don't thin it out so much it's not syrupy 😆 now my Granddaughter tasted it first and said hmm n mmm it tastes like a Jelly Rancher candy and I tasted it and yep it did I put it in a Kern's jar and it says in an airtight jar it can be kept up to 4-6 weeks and can also be frozen.

Who says you have to be a kid to enjoy kool-aid? I love making it for myself and family. I get to decide how sweet I want it to be. Best part of this is it comes in different flavors like watermelon, my favorite. The price is way cheaper than other drinks.

Tastes like watermelon but a tad fake flavored. Still a good flavor if you're not really focused on it being watermelon flavored. I think it would be best enjoyed as a popsicle.

I got what I ordered and paid for. However, this was not hitting on anything. I was able to save it. I made watermelon lemonade. I used the liquid lemon juice in a bottle. 2 packs of watermelon Kook Aide. 2-3 cups of sugar. Water to fill the gallon jug the rest of the way after all the ingredients weee mixed. And blended an actual watermelon. It depends on how sweet your watermelon is. Mine was awful. Don’t want to throw it out. But I wouldn’t have done this with a beautifully sweet watermelon. You don’t have to strain the watermelon if you don’t mind the pulp. This made a gallon. Not a real recipe. I just mixed until it tasted right. Add sugar and taste before adding a full 3 cups. The watermelon may already provide enough sweetness. Mine sucked. So I may have used 2.5 to 3 cups. .

they were not like the old Kool-Aid because they were a bit better so you have to use less or more water and of course, more sugar. The flavor was still not great especially the watermelon, my favorite exclamation

shopper not checking that the packages or not factory sealed and picking up empty packets and scanning them not knowing there is no Kool-Aid in them And the machine at Walmart should have noticed and called for customer service for putting an empty packets in the bag for weight check unless they're using some other method Please have your stockers quality check the product they put on the shelves and please inform shoppers when picking up Kool-Aid packs to check them for quality. third time this week ordering from the store on 350 Hope Street in Utah failed attempts even after begging the shopper to check them that watermelon flavor packets been empty and sealed.
