It's fluffy, kind of soft but not to soft it'll shrink and not to thick where it hurts your neck or doesn't go down I'm sure I'll sleep dandy tonight, the support for your neck and shoulders are insane, the stuffing you can move around a bit to your taste too, and it's not too hard to move just right!

this pillow is very comfortable and reasonable in price... I have spent tons on so called orthopedic pillows for all sorts of sleep habits... a bug waste of money. these pillows were soft yet firm enough to give a little. it feels like the inside is rolled fiber as opposed to chunks of foam or a shaped piece of solid foam. its very relaxing and slightly hugs your head in place, even if you toss and turn like I do. every couple days I flip it around to keep it firm and even. its been a few weeks now and I am feeling good about my sleep... highly recommend

If you’re a back sleeper like me then you have to try the extra firm king pillows! They are true to the pic and gave me a great nights sleep. Definitely would recommend buying them. Don’t forget to stick them in the dryer from time to time if they loose their fluff. It’ll bring them right back!

I purchased these pillows and a platform bed and mattress from Walmart for my daughter. It was an early Christmas present. She was very happy with pillows. She said she didn’t need two pillows anymore and woke up with no neck pain or her usual headache. So it’s a 10!

this pillow went far above my expectations. when it arrived and i opened it, i was not impressed. when i finally lay down at the end of the day, i was totally shocked with the comfort. i texted two friends about how great it was. if you THINK you need a new pillow and you're not a stomach sleeper, this is the one.

I like to sleep with 2 pillows stacked, and as my previous bottom pillow had severely flattened after a few years of use, I thought I'd take a chance on this one. At less than 8 bucks, I wasn't expecting much. I was quite surprised at the firmness of this pillow: it delivers on that. I even tried it solo, just to see, and found it did well without the extra pillow, `though I prefer it under my foam rubber pillow. I have only had this for a few months, but it has so far maintained its shape quite well. This is a heck of a good deal.

I have a stress fracture in my neck from 1983. my house burned down and I lost all my feather pillows. I saw these pillows advertised as being firm support for side sleepers to support head and neck. nope. this is the worst. my head and neck just sink into an awkward angle with these. it's hard to find a decent pillow.

There is nothing firm about this pillow at all. It is far too soft, absolutely no support. The second you lay your head on it, it sinks in and it basically goes completely flat. It made my neck and shoulders hurt the first (and only) night I slept on it. I strongly do NOT recommend.

It says extra firm support, but it is really soft and squishy for the money I paid. It’s just a pillow, but I was looking for extra firm because I have yet to find a pillow that stays in shape. I laid my head down on this pillow and it’s sunk in. Granted it’s not memory foam, but it still should be firmer than this.

I got this pillow based on the many reviews of how great it was. This pillow is supposed to be extra firm. It’s definitely not. It wasn’t when I got it out of the bag and it’s definitely not now . I’ve had it for about three or four days and it’s already flat as a pancake. Mind you I also use a couple pillows at a time. So this pillow lasted less than a week and it wasn’t even firm to begin with. If you’re a side sleeper, do not get this pillow.
