I hate scraping metal. The older I get and the more kids that live with me, the more I just can't handle it. I feel really bad buying tossable silverware though. I tried a different brand of reusable plastic ones, and they felt like disposable super thin- and the kids threw some away. These are thicker, sturdier, and have held up SO well. I'm slowly replacing all the ow ear ones with these!!
Must Buy Very Durable Will Last A Lifetime!!
Shows wear and color fades a little after 1.5 years of regular use. But definitely worth the price.
I like the size of the spoon and fork and the length of the handles. Also the strength of the plastic. They are not flimsy.
I carry these in my lunch bag for work. They wash and wear well. Much better than single use plastic but not heavy like metal.
I love these and have sets in multiple colors; only negative is if used with hot foods like soup, the spoons warp.
Full time use, silverware replacement. Need more recycled goods to lessen microplastics in our food chain (there are islands of plastic garbage in our oceans!
I wish I had spent an extra dollar for metal silverware. I got these in a pinch, and they definitely work, but no matter how hard I scrub them it feels like theres a layer of grease leftover. I would not want to use these for more than a week.
I wanted something that I could reuse. These are somewhat durable for cold foods. However , for warmer foods , they tend to melt. Also , scratches that cut you may happen after washing several times
First… if you have a small mouth, NOT SUITABLE!! Second… DO NOT attempt to use on ANYTHING HOT!! They melt and deform super quick! It was quite funny to watch it happen. Then attempt to stop and reshape in the process of it cooling. Now the spoon is a wonky “not” a soup spoon. 🥴 Stick with the white plastic spoons. Toss them, run those through the dishwasher, do activities with them but pass on these! Definitely regret this purchase!
