Install very easily and made such a difference. Feel nice, very similar to the big box stores. I purchased two sets and have had no issues. Came with all the hardware needed and by slightly bending the tab inside the strike plate you can get rid of the extra space between the door latch and plate so the door doesn't rattle.
i ordered the 4 pack but was sent a single.
Looks sleek and nice but don't like the easy open capability for security reasons
I Thought I was buying brand new items but parts were used. I installed them anyways.
I ordered a box of 4 and one of them came in bent and it will not tighten on the door. Very disappointed. Is it possible to return one for a replacement?
Not the greatest fit and finish, but they feel sturdy and I'm mostly happy with them.
Appearance is good but the quality is limited and bad. I managed to install two defective.
The product itself is good but the box came with only one handle !!!! Ridiculous which is why I am giving it a one star… if it all had come then it would probably be a five star
they will only send you one door knob, not 4 like stated
Ordered a 4 pk of door handles. One came in a box. When I contacted customer service. There responded that Walmart did not check the package. But she can't send me what I ordered. Only a refund and I'm supposed to go send the other back. Ridiculous!!! That sucks! Do better Walmart!!
