McCormick Hollandaise sauce packets
McCormick's brand tastes so much better than the others (Knorr, etc.) that are on the market AND uses a lot less butter.

Lemon and chicken broth overpower the flavors
I am a fan of McCormicks sauces and while their chicken and country gravy are superb, this one misses the mark by a long ways. Far too much lemon and an overwhelming chicken broth profile throw this far awa u from a Hollandaise. Knorr makes a far superior Hollandaise
