I was recently selected to test and review McCormick's Perfect Pinch Gluten-free Salad Supreme seasoning for my honest opinion. This seasoning was perfect for my homemade Tricolor Rotini, Italian pasta salad, the balance of all the seasoning flavors and textures were great. I literally didn't need to add garlic, paprika, celery seed or even grated parm etc, this seasoning has it all. Pick your pasta, veggies and proteins and shake away and mix! My family loved the finished product and went back for 2nds. Also a plus is that it is Gluten-free! Definitely will be purchasing once this container is finished.

Okay so, look I am a salad DRESSER. I love to add a good flavorful crunch to my salad, and McCormick's is always my go to for a crowd pleasing salad! I have tried many different types of salad toppers, and this one is so flavorful and delicious! I will absolutely be purchasing his product again, and introducing it to guests when they visit! This seasoning taste amazing! I make salads for my husband for work and he always prefers this seasoning to any other. I also add it to potatoes and avocado toast and it makes it 10x better. I also love that its gluten free. I would definitely be buying this product again! And definitely recommend this to others.

It adds so much flavor with very little effort—the combination of cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and spices gives salads, pasta salads, and even vegetables a delicious savory kick. The fact that it's gluten-free is an added bonus. If you're looking for an easy way to make everyday foods taste better, this seasoning is definitely worth trying. I enjoyed the combination of spices but the Romano cheese started to take over. Immediately upon opening the horrid smell from the cheese almost made me not want to try it. But I tried it first with just a boiled egg and it tasted okay. Once I sprinkled it on the deviled eggs I didn't like the taste. I would be willing to try it with avocado toast and pasta salad just to give it another shot.

So, I expected this seasoning to taste a bit different than it did. It's not bad tasting, but also more of a cheesy instead of umami or savory or spicy. I do like that you can use it on a variety of foods though. I might try and mix it into a marinade as well. I guess I was just hoping that there would be more of a kick to the flavor.
