I LOVE THAT THERE WAS NO NOISE MAKER IN IT. FOR SAFETY REASON'S. AND A YOUNGER PERSON CAN STILL ENJOY HAVING A HORN AT A PARTY. THATS LOOKS JUST LIKE HORN'S THAT MAKE NOISE. EVERY CHILD. MADE THEIR OWN NOISE WHEN THEY BLEW 1 OF THESE "NOISE" MAKER HORN'S :-) SO MUCH SO, THAT A PARENT RAN INTO THE ROOM. SAYING, I THOUGHT THESE WERE SAFTY HORN'S. WITHOUT "HORN'S" MOST OF THE PARENT'S SAID. THEY ARE, THE CHILDRE MADE THEIR OWN PARTY HORN NOISE. AND ALL AT ONCE. "GREAT IDEA" AND SAFE

I used these for a craft at our Daycare and the kids had a blast with them. I only wished that they would have had plastic mouthpieces on them because after many blows the cardboard gets wet and the tub collapses. But the color was great, and the size and price were excellent.

they were stuffers for party bags kids didn't even use them at the party to busy having fun I'm sure the parents appreciated That LOL we passed them out at the end of the party to go !!

This was a big hit at my son's 8th birthday party. When I heard they didn't make any noise I was slightly disappointed. They had so much fun with them! I'll have to purchase these every year now.

Your picture shows 2 pink, 2 blue, 2 yellow %26 2 green. That's not what I got. I got 2 blue, 2 red, 2 pink, 1 green, %26 1 yellow. I REALLY wanted the 2 yellow %26 2 green!

These were very colorful but none of them made any sound at all. We were all expecting to have a sound and we finally ended up laughing at the silence.

WHY did these come up when I searched NOISEMAKER for New Year's?! They DON'T make any NOISE! What's even the point of a blowout that doesn't make noise?!

I explained previously but my orders are not right and end up being cancelled. The service has gone way down. Delivery moves out after my order and then they are wrong. I have to stop using Walmart.
