More expensive than generic knockoffs, but a totally different feel. Unlike cheaper copies, these glide across tooth surfaces and don't make odd noises as they spin. The vibration (sonic) performance also is superior.

They don't hurt my gums, they clean between teeth very well, the bristles are soft, and if it wears out too much or needs replacing, it's extremely simple and safe. With just one click, I feel confident that it won't fall off. This pack is 4 brush heads at reasonable price, I don't need to spend on the whole brush when it needs to be changed.

They work amazingly, they let us know the pressure we're using, and the time frame. They're a little pricy but worth the amount. The soft bristles are varying lengths to help get between your teeth as you spend 2+ minutes exploring more than 3 mouth-cleaning settings on the toothbrush. These bristle heads come in recyclable packaging, and are a great deal in a multi-pack. I am a big fan.

I bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I've always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can't afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. I have included pics too.

Any rating would be truly misleading, I never used this product. I was thinking I was ordering the handle (or base) as well as the bristles as being extra … included in the price. So since I didn't have the handle (or base it might be named), I have no opinion.

NO way this was an Oral B toothbrush replacement. The bristles were so flimsy compared to the new original toothbrush bristles I got with OralB toothbrush purchased last year from WM. This SECOND ATIME I bought a thru WM on line %26 recd inferior product. WM STOP BUYING KNOCK OFF brands that's supposed to be by the original mfg…🤨
