Pros: Great product for the price. Soft like it says. Cons: •Not the same as photo (I like what I actually get better). •If you don't pay attention to the photo you might be disappointed to get so many of the same color. We have 5 people in our home and I'm in charge of swapping tooth brushes for fresh ones and you will definitely have people with the same color. Not a huge deal here because all keep them seperate. Loss of star due to product not matching photo. Photo of toothbrush type received.
The delivery service to my car was fantastic. It wasn't until I unpacked my bag that evening that I saw a kind of dried spot on my toothbrushes. I will be returning them when I am able to get to Washington again. I looked threw my bag and nothing else that I had purchased that day had anything on it. So, the dried spot had to have been on the toothbrush container before it was given to me.
Walmart needs to change the photo description. Photo represents a discontinued tooth brush as I just learned from a phone call with Oral-B support. Item was discontinued April, 2024. Look at the packages: LEFT is the discontinued item; RIGHT shows what I received erroneously twice this week - one curbside order, the other shipped. Barcodes are identical, however. I like the old discontinued better - handle is slightly bigger making it easier to hold and the bristles are flat or level. Why am I never polled for a product replacement?
I ordered Oral-B Essential Clean Fresh Toothbrushes, Soft, 6 count. The description on the package says says it helps remove and eliminate bacteria that causes odor. What I received was toothbrush that removed plaque. The ones I received do not look like the ones I ordered. They are a lot smaller and hard to handle because of the size. How do I get the correct item when I order online?
The toothbrushes I received that were sold and shipped by Walmart were not the ones shown in the item's description. I received the Essential Clean Toothbrushes, yes, as I ordered, but the handles are much shorter than previous Essential brushes, as if they're made for little kids. Also, the handles are not solid white, like the previous Essential brushes. These new ones are clear, which is fine. But they feel cheap and are thinner, which actually makes them more difficult to hold while brushing. The bristles are also thinner, and after using one brush only one time, the bristles are already spreading out. It looks like toothbrushes are also subject to shrinkflation. If these are the new Essential toothbrushes, I'll be looking for a new kind of toothbrush.
Toothbrush advertised on walmart.com and what's sold are not the same. The original toothbrush I bought before has been altered. This is a cheap quality product sold in the store. Take another look at the picture advertised and compare with brush sold-not the same. Going to return them. Very disappointed 😞
The bristles started falling out into my mouth the first time I used one. Also, the handle is too small compared to the last Oral B toothbrushes I purchased.
These are the worst toothbrushes I have ever used, and I am in my 60's. The handle is pitifully weak, way too soft, not sturdy. It BENDS! I have never used a toothbrush that did not have a rigid handle. But the worst part is the bristles. MULTIPLE bristles come out each time I brush! I am only on my first toothbrush of the pack and I will not use the rest; they are horribly cheaply made, and I really hope this is not the new normal for Oral-B, because if it is - they are in trouble!
i thought because these were oral b they would be good. i was wrong, the bristles constantly come off the head in your mouth, every single time I use it, and the handle seems very flimsy, almost like it could break. not the quality i expected!
The bristles fall off easy and are very hazardous, unsafe. I wasn't aware that a bristle had come loose while I was brushing my teeth and I nearly choked on it. Not worth the money.
