Great for GJ Stoma Site %26 More

Leslee January 21, 2026

Dr recommended as a barrier for leakage at my GJ feeding tube stoma site. I have tried so many different barriers from prescriptions to other OTC products, %26 this one is actually the best. Even better than the name brand. 100% recommend! Even have used it as a barrier when doing colonoscopy prep. Works great!

Baby Staple!

Lacey November 18, 2025

No need to spend the money on destin, aquaphor diaper cream, butt paste etc! This has the same 40% amount of zinc and apmsot identical ingredients as destin etc. Our Ped told us to slather a 40% zinc paste on our baby to help get rid of his diaper rash, we had been use destin but lord was it expensive when youre using a tube in a 1.5 days. We switched to Parent choice diaper cream and wont go back!

I'm paraplegic, so I have to take very good care of the skin on my bottom. I am constantly sitting or laying on my bottom, and it's very easy to get breakdown/ bed sores. I require a good appointment or cream to protect my skin. And many times they're very, very expensive. the price is perfect, and it works just as efficiently as the expensive ones. Zinc is the most important ingredient. I highly recommend

This cream just makes "rash-ional" sense🤷

Tina August 5, 2025

This is the absolute best cream for anything from diaper rash to yeast rash. The ointment will clear up rashes almost over night %26 bring you what seems like IMMEDIATE comfort! Don't let the cheap price or no name brand fool, this cream packs a punch! I do want to say that the almost clear one does NOT work like this White paste one,I made the mistake of trying it %26 was miserable,it just don't soothe, calm %26 clear up things like the White one.(Just my opinion) Do your baby %26 yourself a favor and treat them with this for immediate relief of burning, pain, itching %26 etc.

Best value and price!

Bundy May 1, 2026

You cannot find a better value with this high of zinc oxide everywhere else is 3 times the price or more, but I guess others are realizing as supplies of this at Walmart seem to be sold out often. I've been using this for 2 years taking care of my mom and have never had any issues or diaper rash problems! I tried all the expensive A%26D brands and realized you don't need to pay for a name brand as long as the main ingredient is the same.

Same ingredients as name brand

Shanna April 17, 2026

This is 1/3 price compared to Desitin and works just as effective. It is thinner so you do need to apply a bit more for coverage, but with the price and same ingredients as Desitin you just can’t beat it with diaper changes! Helps a lot once your baby starts solid to apply this liberally on their tush to eliminate diaper rashes from introducing new foods to their system. That can always cause rash irritation even if you change them frequently so this is a good skin barrier protector against that. *Desitin left, Parent’s Choice right for swatch comparison*

works great but has strong cod liver oil smell!

Tammy January 31, 2026

My only complaint with this is the smell! It smells like cod liver oil! Maybe on a baby it wouldn't be bad but I use it on an adult who is bedridden and with that amount of product it really has a strong smell! Otherwise, this works great. Since I've started using this there has been no reddeness or hurting while cleaning him. This works better than the stuff we brought home from the hospital, especially for the price! But the smell I just can't get over it!

I've been shopping with Walmart for 20 plus years and they haven't let me down yet when it comes down to variety of quality of different selections I am a football and basketball mother and I never miss a beat when it come down to being prepared for a game day or night when it comes to Walmart and I also been knowing Walmart since I was young is a family thing and it's extended to my grandkids through my kids Love you all lots keep up the good work

Smells fishier than a pond

Jacob September 21, 2025

The smell is absolutely horrid - like snorting a fish oil pill directly into your sinus. I put it on a rash on my chest and only lasted 5 minutes before I had to wash it off. My husband has severe loss of smell and even he said "honey I love you but my eyes are watering from whatever you just put on". While applying it it definitely seems thinner than name brand Desitin, but it's the smell I can't take. Definitely returning in the morning.

Nasty!

anonymous July 28, 2025

The formula has changed since the last time I purchased this diaper rash cream. Cod liver oil has replaced the mineral oil. I still had my old tube and was able to compare the ingredients. After one use on a summer heat rash I threw it away. I don't like reeking of the cod liver oil.
