Bad packaging, shorted me on the refund initially
The product is probably ok, but it is wrapped in plastic, and it was shipped not in a box, but in another plastic bag. Which during shipping ripped apart. I was able to return it, because who wants open packaging of food? But then my refund was less than the amount I paid. So I had to contact them twice, but it was eventually resolved.

Item is unusable
The 24oz of spaghetti was left at my door. The package contents were left on the steps because the package broke. The delivery person did not even knock on my door to inform me of package damage. I would like a refund since the entire contents of the package are unusable. Taking smaller trips instead of trying to take everything at one time could have avoided this situation.
