It definitely helps sleep. My mind thinks it's still night with eye covered and I sleep all the way till 8am . Without it, I will wake up when there is light outside. Even during the day I can take a nap easily.

The length of the straps is not adjustable. The nose piece smashed my nose just a little, not enough to take it off. It stayed in place pretty well as I slept and mostly shielded my eyes from the TV light, enough that it helped me sleep. I marked down materials because when you handle the mask it sounds like it's filled with packing paper instead of cloth. I winder if I cut it open if I'd find someone's Chinese homework.

I sleep better with this then I have in years and didn't even realize it. If only the part around your nose was a little bit more customizable to get a better fit.

First couple of nights were fine. The mask is thin with 2, very thin elastic straps to go around your head. After a week or 2 of nightly wearing, I noticed tiny black "dots" of fuz-like material. Both elastic straps were already starting to stretch... a LOT! I had to tie them in knots. the fuzz dots were the elastic breaking down. After a few weeks I noted the satin mask was so thin, bits of light emerged. I could replace the elastic but will buy another, perhaps thicker product. The satin mask does get warm %26 is not sweat friendly. Pass on these.

Not loving these sleep masks. The elastic head strap is very tight (I use sleep masks regularly, so I have a point of reference to say the strap is too tight) and the material is coarse and stiff. I would not recommend these sleep masks.

This is made out of polyester and is super stiff and loud. It's not comfortable to wear. It's very sweaty and it's super loud so when you turn and twist in the middle of the night when it rubs against your skin, it just sounds awful. I couldn't even fall asleep with this on my face. Do not waste your money. Get a softer much more higher quality item.

Bands around head were very large and seemed stretched out when the mask arrived. On the second night the bands broke from the left ear and I sleep in a recliner so no tossing and turning. Very cheaply made. Does block the light very well. But using a safety pin to hold it together.

I saw these cute prints only to end up with the black one. I ordered it for pick up and they chose the black one for me. I would have never chosen the black one—I would have rather done without it, in fact! Had I been in store I would have passed it right over—never would have made it into my cart because I don't do plain things like that. I don't want plain things, I want cute things and this is awful! It might get returned based off the plain color. It makes me mad just looking at it! I would have never ever bought this and to have it in my house…I hate it. If you want a boring color, go for it! Idk about the quality; haven't used it. Maybe will give it to someone because I can't deal with it.

The only reason I gave this a 1 star is because I can't really give a review because instead of replacing it with another type of sleep mask , Walmart 5 packs off 4 per pack rolls of toilet paper. I think the cheapest they sell which I would've preferred credit ,my money back or another sleep mask. When they offered to replace my order for something similar, I didn't expect toilet paper. I don't how eye masks %26 similar but obviously they didn't bother to look at the item they were supposed to replace smfh boo Walmart

It states that it's a value PACK quantity 1. I was expecting 1 value pack and I received 1 mask. I don't recommend this product for lack of true advertising.
