I eat this on a LOT of my food because it's do good! I love spicy food that's hot but not so hot that you can't taste the food. I eat this on Chinese food, Mexican food, eggs, pizza, BBQ, in beans I've even put it on watermelon 🍉 as a joke but turned out to be so good!! I was so made when my store stopped carrying THIS BRAND for a few months!! NONE of the other brands are like this! I gotta have it!
This is the best hot sauce hands down!! The unique flavor comes from a special pepper and I was so sad when they lost their crop a few years ago. It's back though!! Very versatile with substantial heat that doesn't linger, but doesn't immediately disappear either!
Thank God the drought is over! My family loves this sauce and we have been using it for 40 years. I don't think my youngest can eat anything without putting it all over it. Now that the farmers have resolve their differences, the price is back to normal and is in stock at Walmart.
Great addition to just about any type of food. Love, love. love it on a chicken sandwich - it balances out the mayo. Kick up those beans and rice a notch with just a few dashes. Something so simple can add just the right amount of heat and extra umph. Another brand "mysteriously disappeared" when this brand was added back to the pantry - I wonder why?
It is what I know as the original. Therefore, it is the standard against which I measure all others. "Hot" - yes, but it also has flavor. I use it on anything on which I would otherwise put ketchup ... and more: crackers, sour cream, Sriracha; grits, Sriracha; potatoes O'brien, Srirach; etc.
This product is heaven sent, there was a shortage, more like unavailability do to a poor crop of peppers and retailers (3rd party)were charging an arm and a leg... So pleased that Walmart sells the BIG bottle at an affordable price ... If you like a little KICK try this won't be disappointed... Good on almost everything.
I like my food spicy hot, butt hate the sauces that just bring the heat with no flavor. This Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce brings the heat but has a nice tangy flavor along with it. I put it on everything from Mexican food to Chinese food and as a dip for many appetizers.
Did you ever hear the tragedy of Huy Fong Sriracha the wise? I thought not. It's not a story a Louisiana Hot Sauce would tell you. It's a Asian Style hot sauce legend... look its not as good as it used to be. we've all noticed this. it's not as near spicy or hot it was pre-pandemic. if you've paid enough attention, you know why, but it's still a good sauce to have. most of the other brands that have tried to step up to fill the spicy void Sriracha shaped hole we have in our stomach, probably caused by the chili peppers themselves, haven't really hit the spot. even so, the taste of the ORIGINAL is still the best. even more so, maybe because it's not as hot as it used to be it actually makes it a more well rounded condiment. pizza, hamburgers, ramen, even on a sandwich here and there makes the taste 69x better sometimes.
I can not complain about the food qualities, but this is not the same Sriracha as it used to be. It seems that the manufacturer used different recipe or another type of peppers. I doubt I will be using it.
it's mostly just my preference. Yes this is a very spicy sauce and it's perfect. however this is not the Sriracha that I know and love. It doesn't have that chunky texture like used to be. this is like any other hot sauce. I won't buy again, but for spicy lovers who don't care. this is perfect for you.
