I love this box. It has a seal proof on it so water and things can’t get in it and it has on each end has a latch and then on the long side has two latches on each side of the bigger one and then the smaller one it has one on each side, which is nice and it’s waterproof as a gasket and they really made well and I like it cause I red and black

Overall fantastic – sturdy with high-quality latches – but the interior dimensions as stated are off – I have framed artwork that is 16 1/8" wide and they do no fit flat at bottom of bin, that is supposedly 16 1/8" at the bottom, so I will be able to get fewer pieces per bin than expected.

One of the latches was missing when it was delivered. I sent them an email and they responded within 3 days and sent me the missing part within a week and a half. Thank you so much Sterilite! I love your products!

I ordered 2 of these 20 gallon totes and also a 13.5 gallon one today. They arrived this evening without any shipping packaging. I thought they would be shipped to me, but were delivered instead. 2 out of 3 of the totes I ordered arrived broken. One of the 20 gallon sized had a broken latch. One of the nubs on the latch that attaches it to the tote was broken off. My 13.5 gallon one had a cracked lid where it was missing a corner. There were no plastic shards in the tote, so it broke elsewhere, and whomever picked our order didn't notice it was broken. My husband will be returning the broken ones tomorrow. I don't believe we will be buying any more of these type of totes since they don't seem sturdy.

first of all when it was delivered it had a big obvious crack on the lid.you couldn't miss it.what really ticked me off is that in my notes to the driver I even stated to please check to make sure it wasn't damaged.rhe driver snuck off real quiet from in front of my door.i couldn't even believe it.the other thing that ticked me off is all of the wonderful reviews.bunch of lies because they got a free product and just tell lies like that going to stop them from getting further free items.BE HONEST PEOPLE!these bins are made of hard plastic which will definitely crack when you stack something on top of them because it's that clear plastic.i paid over 30.00 for 2 of them.have to return the whole tote if I want a new one delivered because they will not deliver just a lid.against my better judgement I'm going to keep one and if the lid cracks from setting another one on top I will just return it when it happen(which I'm sure it will).I can't believe sterilte is making these crappy gasket totes.they had these grey gasket totes that had the softer plastic at target and I googled them and they are out of stock at everyplace they are listed and target doesn't even carry them anymore for some strange reason because they are very good totes.i have several of them.they came in two different sizes.tje other color was a dark purple.walmart had they when they first came out then they were gone.i sure wish I could get ahold of a few more of those.really disappointed.nothing is made good anymore.that hard plastic cracks too easily.not sure if I will even end up keeping either one.

I bought a 4 pack of these for camping gear. They indicate they are waterproof, they are not. It rained on our trip and i tested the bins. Two of them developed condensation under the lid. Also the buyer has to install the seal on the bins which was an unneeded pain to so. The bins are also flimsy. One of the bins came with a chipped corner. I used them but they are all being returned. fork out the extra cash to get the husky ones from home depot or the gregory bins.

delivery from the store was the worst thing ever. they wouldn't even let me return it even though it came damaged.
