For active people who want to avoid dehydration!
A little heavy on the grape flavor. To prevent dehydration in seniors and kiddos. The ingredients taste oddly synthetic. Maybe the grape flavor is extra acidic and is affecting the electrolytes?

Bitter taste
The grape flavor is alright, however, it has a bitter taste. To me, the taste and how it does to my body is the same as drinking a bottle of magnesium citrate. Even my daughter said it tasted "spicy"...

This electrolyte drink is quite spicy which I WAS NOT expecting! I cannot drink it, there's no way I'd give this to my grandchild! Please beware before purchasing this. It literally burned my, %26 my husbands mouths/throats!
