Beautiful 16 oz mugs. Easy to handle, a pleasure to sip. I don't recommend using in microwave due to gold (metal) handles. Did it once. Even caught immediately, it messes with the handle. I don't want to try it with these. I bought 2. Best wishes, Patzy

I would recommend this mug with one caveat. The online description states that it is dishwasher and microwave safe. However, it states specifically on the mug, that it is neither of these two. Buy if you are willing to handwash and NOT put it in the microwave.

Purchased this for my granddaughter for Valentine's Day. My daughter loved it and told her daughter she was going to hide it and keep it. So, I ordered one for her (my daughter). Now they do "Cheers" in the morning ... they love their heart cups. The cup IS gorgeous! Very very pretty, solid, well made, perfect size. I might have to order a 3rd one for me!!

Purchased and returned two different cups I got from Amazon because they were just wrong. In a desperate need for a good everyday cup that isn't plastic. Took a chance on this one and for 1/4 the cost of the 'other' ones, I got the best cup. Perfect, very pleased.

The mug is beautifully crafted. The gold accent makes it pop. It was purchased for my daughter as a basket gift however the craftsmanship is amazing for the low price. I don't know how it will hold up to the heat but if anything changes I will definitely edit this review.

The product id great beautiful mugs, the only thing I didn't was the poor packaging the mugs were in a Walmart plastic without protection for the mugs luckily the did't break.

Lovely, easy to hold, room for 12 oz coffee with no walking spillage, goes thru the dishwasher with no loss of finish or color, perfectly romantic for Valentines Day or every day.

I actually have 2 of these. They are the prettiest mugs I've seen in a long time! But don't put them in the microwave!!! I made that mistake with the first one, never thinking the gold handle or trim. It gets very hot 🥵 And after a few times in the microwave, the gold color starts to discolor. I was so upset because a man I care about helped me to get it right before I got paid in February (Valentines Day). I recently placed an order from the app and I saw this same mug and took a chance and ordered it. I was so excited to see it was the same mug, perfect in every way!! I won't make the same mistake again!!!

I accidentally put this in my cart when having my groceries delivered. I was so surprised to see it when unpacking my items but SO HAPPY it was there! This mug is adorable! Great quality and fits very well in your hand. Best accidental purchase I ever made!

I purchased this in a delivery order. The cup itself is beautiful but the gold handle looked awful. It was dull and had a huge wide scratch on the handle. It's so bad I'm thinking of trying to repaint the handle. If you are ok with no using in the microwave and handwashing then make a trip to Walmart and pick out your own. I would not recommend delivery; they will just give you whatever and will not take care of it on the way to your house. ok for the price. Too bad because it's such a cute design. Get rid of that Gold handle please!
