Toner left a series of about 7 dots (likely due to a roller flaw) on every page at the same distance from the edge. (Photo below folded to hide rest of page. )

All four cartridges were leaky and spilled ink inside the printer. This product is of extremely poor quality and I would not ever buy it or recommend to anyone. It is a total waste of money.

I order a pack of four. Received only one and it was open. The outer box was sealed. Someone in packing department forgot something.

The box had, printed on it, a bunch of Printer numbers, but not mine. My printer number was on a sticky-label, computer printed and slapped on, by who knows? These replacement cartridges do not fit in the space inside the drum unit that needs to carry it. None of the protuberances are shaped or sized to fit into the drum unit, and, needless to say, it doesn't click into place. The toner applicator roller is completely exposed once the orange protector is removed (the first step when using it to replace the spent cartridge.) Of course, the worst part is that I had to remove the shrinkwrap on one of the cartridges to find out that it is the wrong size, and not a TN-660 replacement at all... and that means we can't print for an even longer time, as I have to negotiate return of this box, and reorder... from somewhere.
