(4 pack) Wilton Open Star Cake Decorating Tip 1M

This is a must have piping tip for me! I misplaced the one I have and bought another. I use this for decorating my cakes and cupcakes this tip makes the best swirls. The lines it creates through the swirls are perfect and defined and the extra large size makes it perfect.

This tip makes beautiful ribbons of icing, large, very good for getting the really high cupcake icing. Does take a large coupler to fit onto icing bag, so be sure you have one or purchase one? They are available at Walmart app and in store.

It's fantastic! One issue was they were sold out of the couplers so I ordered online and got the wrong one delivered! Now i have back ups and got the correct one. Slight delays but the tip was fantastic! It made beautiful cupcakes and a very full fluffy shell border.

This was just what I needed. I'm very new to icing anything. This thanksgiving was the first time I've ever held an icing bag. After using a tip we already had in the house I decided I needed something bigger. The star tip I was using just wasn't thick enough making it take longer to ice the cupcakes. This medium size tip made it so much easier and I was able to make beautiful rosettes.

At first I was confused as I had no couplers to fit this tip. I am very much a beginner at decorating cakes, but I really enjoy doing it. The large tip does not require a coupler, I finally figured out that the tip doesn't require a coupler. It was great, you just put the tip in the bag a snip off the bag end (I'd say about 1/4”), fill with icing and start decorating.

I haven't used this decorating tip for frosting yet. I have used it twice with a pastry bag to make deviled eggs. Works great for this application, my eggs looked great and I filled them quickly. I'm sure I'll be happy using the No. 1 Tip for frosting. Easy to wash, another excellent product from Wilton.

This medal tip is great if you need to decolorate cakes, or cupcakes as I done recently. I highly recommend the Wilton metal tips. They are made strong, %26 make anything you need ice, simply beautiful.

The tip worked fine. However the metal is much thinner than the ones I had already. Was actually surprised how much thinner and I bought because my decorating called for that specific tip,however it is just a large star tip.
