I've had these for a couple weeks now with heavy potted plants and they work great!!!!
I love the way thaI can pull the plants down to water and ferlize. Done without straining my upper arms.
One heavy duty hanger broke immediately upon hanging a 10 inch pot of petunias.
I put item on hanging plant and would not retract. The hanging plant is just a couple feet off the ground.
It is useable however you only can pull it down and it snaps right back. You can't adjust the height.
These where a waste of money not one of them worked so they went in garbage don't waste your money
