Ok. Do not think like a rocket scientist. The 4 boxes just need to be snapped together to form a shelf. Put the handles on! But remove the plastic paper on it first. Then stack the boxes and you will see the clips inside and outside to hold the shelves together. The extra pieces are for the shelves inside. There is a top piece. Snap it on. I did not put the wheels on. It slides easily for my place that I put it. Good and lots of room inside! 4 rolls of TP can fit on one shelf. Sturdy and narrow.

Easy to assemble, all pieces just open and pop in place. It seems sturdy enough for keeping my bathroom supplies organized and easy to see where everything is.

I would probably give it five stars except the locks on the wheels. Don't really prevent it from moving around. That's unfortunate because other than that it's pretty nice. Hold a considerable amount of things. Looks neat fits in small places it's worth it. The price on Walmart was cheap cheaper than anywhere else by a longshot.
