I will now own four of these units. I purchased them because they are very sturdy with very sturdy wheels, not flimsy. I used the first three for extra pantry storage in our spare room (in MA) a while back. I'm purchasing this fourth one for extra storage space in our utility closet - in FL. Yes, you pay shipping, but again, these are sturdy units, and the total price paid is still worth it for a durable item when compared to others. No photo as the other three are on a moving truck, and I have to re-arrange my utility closet first in my new space. In short, I'm a repeat customer, it's worth it, and I'm now back buying my fourth for my new place. I'm very happy they still had them available!

Easy to put together and had enough shelving space to hold everything I wanted to store on the shelf.

I ordered 5 of these shelves and when I put them together 4 boxes had everything in it including the wheels. One box did not have the wheels. I have sent 2 emails about this and I have not heard back from them. I paid for everything which included the wheels. Why can they not contact me about this? I need the wheels and would appreciate it if they would contact me and send me the wheels.. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star.

Wire on one of the shelves was bent. The frame was still good and the poles inserted straight enough for the rest of the shelf to be assembled. There was no damage to the shipping box. The shelf was shipped from the Return Department of Factory Direct Wholesale. I didn't want the hassle of returning it. It's not pretty but for its intended use, it works.
