Scooter was received quickly, packaging was intact in good condition. Assembly was easy and quick. Scooter itself is a good quality product for a reasonable price. My husband is about 220lbs and can ride in it comfortably and with ease. It is sturdy but not too bulky. He uses it indoors and outdoors.

I love it!! The scooter is so comfortable and easy to ride!! The first time I rode it in public I got a lot of compliments on it!!

my doctors told me a wheelchair or mobility scooter, so I went with this. it was easy to assemble, and it's not that heavy, so it was easy to transport. It's good in crowded places and tight spots, but you got to watch out when you first drive it because it will dump you off in a turn if you take it too fast. decent price, and it only weighs 70 pounds, makes this scooter a great choice.

My only problem was the screws were broken on the front

Bought this scooter and on our first trip out while riding it the battery died in less than 2 1 hour and maybe 1 mile. Opened the battery compartment to see if we could add another battery and we can't. Also noticed that the battery was not what it was advertised to be. Was supposed to be a 24v 15ah battery and was only a 24v 12ha battery. Messaged the company and have not heard back from them yet. Need results from them.

The scooter was delivered damaged so I contacted the customer service department of the scooter as the box said to do. I called and the message said I had to leave a message and someone will return my call. 3 days later I recieved a call and was told that a member of the management team would call me in 3 to 5 days. I NEVER recieved a call! That tells me their warranty is not worth the paper it is witten on! After 2 weeks I contacted Walmart and they took it back at the store and gave me a full refund. Do not trust MBxcooter! Fortunately Walmart is a reputable company and made it right.

Scooter arrived damaged. Saw the damage while unpacking and stopped and went no further. Contacted Walmart, they contacted the third party Mbxcooter. After 2 months of back and forth Telling Mbx and Walmart I did not want a damaged scooter and wanted a refund and return instructions. I finally got a credit refund from Walmart. After several emails with Mbx I am still waiting on disposition instructions. Very poor customer service.

Purchased for my aging Dad. Got it assembled, it looked great. Charged the battery and test drove it, controls and all features where working properly. The next weekend he came over and test drove it. It did great on the first ride. Then he went to move it again and everything shut off. We troubleshot and found the main fuse blown. Replaced the 10A fuse and when we turned it to the on position the fuse blew again. Got ahold of the manufacturer and worked with the field engineers. They said it was non-repairable and offered a replacement unit. That was 2 months ago with no communications about a replacement unit, unless I request information and keep receiving the response of, will update later. Then when I decided to just return it to Walmart so they can send it back to the supplier, I am told this is a non-refundable item.....So stuck with a $400 scooter that is just taking up space.

I purchased this scooter for my daughter for our vacation. I assembled it and charged the battery and it never came on. I reached out to customer service and sent them a video as they requested and they said it will be reviewed . They text back and said poor battery connection. Nothing else has been done and the scooter is sitting in my living room unused. I'm so very disappointed, it was a gift for my daughter who has problems ambulating.
