hard to fold, difficult to remove battery

Company called me and stated the color we Ottis out of stock so we told them what we wanted don't understand how very next day scooter arrived with the color we first ordered, we are thinking it was a damaged return scooter has scratched marks all over and can't use as looks as if axle is broken, have called and I'm told they are working on it . I will give until Aug. 28, 2023 for a answer and if nothing happens will start a refund process and they can pay to have it shipped back to them. The problem is the call we received saying wasn't available and will send a different color, I really do think this was a return damaged product, sent to us! Will update stars if they make good on the one they sent us

I have fallen 4 times in Puerto Rico. The roads are not suited for thisbtyoenof movolity For indoors like A mall Then great. Call Me Please
