4 x 5.3 True Digital Small Format Print

I rated the Walmart Custom True Digital Prints highly because the quality exceeded my expectations. The colors were clear and vibrant, the prints looked exactly like the images I uploaded, and the final product was professionally done. The process was easy, and the turnaround time was quick. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how my prints came out.

It's nice to be able to order digital prints from home and pick them up in an hour or less. It gives me opportunity to go into the store to do my other shopping. Every time I've been to the Electronics department at Walmart Battleground, there's an employee visible behind the counter ready to hand over my pictures. For one-hour photos, the quality matches another mail order photo processing company that charges much more, if not better.

Be careful when ordering. The website recommended the size that we ordered so that our photo would fit. We put double borders on it. When they arrived, one border was cut off on all sides but one. So they looked a bit wonky with one border on all sides. Then one border missing on all sides but one. Not so sure I'm going to trust the pre-review next time.

it would be nice if checked prints some had been edited by me and the edits were not printed Also the attitude at store pick up was less than friendly I have lost my last order and they never deleate when you pick order up so old order already picked up keep being sent when tokld to talk to assoiate I was told I dont know why they would tell you thant we cant do anything about saying its been piced up. Workers standing around talking and acted like it was a bother to look for my pictures definatly need improvement in this department!

Walmart photo services are usually top notch but this batch of photos were really bad... they were blurry and they cut off portions of the picture. the original picture is not blurry so something went wrong on this batch. will try to work with Walmart for replacement

I was very displeased with the order of my pictures. I ordered pictures and they ended up showing someone elses order on my confirmation. I called and had customer service review the order and she couldn't help with the order so I was directed to wait and not cancel the order until the pictures were delivered since it was going to be mailed but it was suppose to be someone elses pictures. I went and reordered the pictures since I was needed them in a timely manner. I got those ok but they were delivered to another store I found out when I got the the store I usually order them from. When I placed the second order it didn't save them so I called customer services and the girl said to upload them again. I did and when the order was placed I had both orders on it. Ugh! I was able to erase 1/2 but apparently not all of them so I got many duplicates. What should have been a $22 order turned into over $30. Then the other order came in and they were my original order and now I can't cancel since that was the pictures I wanted but I already had the other order. So, now a $22 order of pictures turned out to be $60. Not very happy about that.

Pictures are darkish and blurry and this is may be my camera's fault or may be this is how matte photos are printed now. Have to try again with really light and 64Mp high resolution photo to make a final conclusion, but my advise is to try a few photos first and only then go for a bigger order.

for the third time terrible prints. Way to dark. It's like they don't even try to print as formated and entered on the website. Not even close to what is shown ON THE WALMART PHOTOS WEBSITE. No point in add photos below because they don't print as shown

Almost half of the prints were not centered and the heads were cut off. The heads were there on the originals, which lead me to believe that there is no cropping and centering process that should be stated when ordering large quantities of prints from Walmart. I order 100 - 300 copies each time I order from Walmart and each time I get more and more of missing heads and half of the picture (which is not what I sent to be printed). I sent a complete picture but got headless prints back. This is prolonging my gift to my grandchildren.

Recommend coming in to print your photos in Walmart! DON'T PRINT ONLINE!!!! I printed online and worked great but when I went to get my photos I got someone else's photos and I gave them back to the employees right then and there! Mine were given to someone else and they never returned them either?! I asked for my photos to be remade immediately. Terrible experience and now someone random person/family have my prints!
