4 x 5.3 True Digital Small Format Print

I ordered the true to size option this time because I noticed a lot of my pictures were getting cropped automatically and cutting off important parts of the photos. I was very disappointed to get my pictures back to find a huge white border on two sides of the pictures. Turns out the true picture size is 4x5.3 while the paper is 5.5x6 They offered to cut them for me if I bring them back but why wouldn't they do that automatically?

What is the point of picking the size you want printed if they aren't cut to the size you want printed? I ordered 200 photos and every single one of them came like this so now I have to hand cut all of them down to size to put them on a wedding invitation. Kind of defeats the purpose of selecting what size you want developed when you still have to cut them yourselves.

Had over 180 pictures printed and over 150 of them are ruined from the printer running out of ink and printing incorrectly (cutting images off). Now I am getting jacked around trying to get my money back. Why do I have to go 30 miles to fix your mess up.

I had 209 photos printed. When I selected the photos, the system recommened the size ... 4x4 or 4x5.3. I assumed the 4x5.3 photos would be slightly smaller since there is no indication otherwise. When they were delivered the receipt shows 4x6 (75) and digital (134). The prints are all 4x6 with about a 1/2" white line or on the side. The photo itself is fine but the white line is certainly not attractive. See attached.

FAIL. WhenI uploaded my photos, Walmart.com prompted for every single one of them for me to choose 4x5.3" as that was 'recommended.' When I picked them up, every single one of them had a white stripe down the side of each picture. This doesn't work at all. Total Fail.

I have ordered photos of this size (the recommended 4x5.3) and they have been fine but today I picked up my photos and there was a huge white stripe on one side of each photo? Like they had the wrong size paper in the machine or they just failed to trim them down. Now I get to trim each photo myself. What the heck.

We ordered the 'true digital' 4" x 5.3" BEWARE. It prints on 4x6 paper and a blank white strip is left on the bottom. No Walmart associates are available to help. We hand trimmed all 210.

Almost half of the prints were not centered and the heads were cut off. The heads were there on the originals, which lead me to believe that there is no cropping and centering process that should be stated when ordering large quantities of prints from Walmart. I order 100 - 300 copies each time I order from Walmart and each time I get more and more of missing heads and half of the picture (which is not what I sent to be printed). I sent a complete picture but got headless prints back. This is prolonging my gift to my grandchildren.

They were finished by the time I placed the order. No problem with the pick up. A good size for the money. However, I had rather the pictures be more colorful than just the matte finish provided at this particular store. I had the pictures printed and put in a photo album of class events to give to our Sunday School teacher: Mothers Day, Father's Day, and his Birthday celebrations, etc. I know I know.... old school, but this gift will work for him.

it would be nice if checked prints some had been edited by me and the edits were not printed Also the attitude at store pick up was less than friendly I have lost my last order and they never deleate when you pick order up so old order already picked up keep being sent when tokld to talk to assoiate I was told I dont know why they would tell you thant we cant do anything about saying its been piced up. Workers standing around talking and acted like it was a bother to look for my pictures definatly need improvement in this department!
