4 x 6 Shipping Labels for Direct Thermal Printers - Online Labels (1 Roll)

Opened a small fulfillment center and needed 4x6 direct thermal labels for my new printer. The printer came with some labels to start with but they didn't print well and had poor adhesive. These labels I bought from Online Labels are super high quality, printing is excellent. They're easy to get off the paper backing and still have strong adhesion to my packages.

We've never had a problem with these 4" x 6" direct thermal labels. We use them in three different Zebra printers and they've always printed well with excellent results. We ship every day, all year long and the labels hold up well in rain and cold temps. It's nice to be able to order small quantities with reasonable shipping costs.

We usually get free labels from UPS or FedEx, however we use such a volume that they require us to order constantly. Its just easier to pay the money and order larger QTY's to keep on hand in addition to what we get from the couriers. We also prefer the labels from online labels for our product labels that are affixed to packaging.

I have replaced the Onyx brand labels with these labels. I like that the labels are not as thick and seem to stick in the packages better. The only down side is the quantity per roll needs to be increased. Would prefer 500 labels per roll.

Was looking for a lower cost alternative to our current label. Labels work as expected (size, printing, etc). They are a little easier to peel from the backing than our current label. Unfortunately, they scuff with any pressure or abrasion - fingernail, cardboard, pen cap, etc. will leave a scuff mark on the label. Not sure whether it will affect bar code scanning by the carriers.

The information that was provided did not state that the labels would not be place on roll in a unified fashion. They are not suitable for using with a SATO printer with ribbon nor were the labels printed in the same direction as they were designed.

These labels are horrid if you are using a Rollo printer. They won't run through the printer. The front of the label gets caught up at the exit of the printer every time and ruins every label. A total waste of money if you have a Rollo label printer.

The price was right but unfortunately they do NOT work with the Dynmo 4XL printer I own. They are missing a notch that the printer needs to identify the spacing so you either have to manually print one at a time and reload or just suffer through 8 or so unused labels feeding through and then the one the will print will not line up correclty. So disappointed and ended up buying the Dynmo labels that work perfectly.
