40" Foldable Trampoline, Fitness Rebounder with Adjustable Foam Handle, Exercise Trampoline for Adults/kids Indoor/Garden Workout Max Load 330lbs

We purchased this item as a tool of therapy for our autistic child and it is amazing and helping them so much. We previously had purchased a child's trampoline. This unit is usable by adults and is amazing! great design build, quality for the price.

The left side handle did not line up with holes to put the plastic nob to secure it I had to drill a hole in the left side support arm

It did not come with the correct tool to assemble. The trampoline itself does not fit flush to the floor. I will have to go purchase more washers to attempt to get it to sit level. It was supposedly 70% off the original price, but I didn't think it would be crap. My son purchased a different brand and he came over and assembled mine. Compared to his, he said mine was a piece of crap. I'm trying to fix it to make it flush, because it is easier than all the trouble to disassemble and return.

I purchased this because it states it is foldable, however without completely disassembling the handlebars and removing a bolt it is not really "foldable"

This should have been the perfect mini trampoline but the support bar package that came with it cannot be used on the trampoline. Not worth the trouble of packing it back up and taking it back to the store. I use the back of a chair for stability instead. Quite disappointing. The trampoline itself, is pretty great. Just can't use as presented.

This was virtually impossible to assemble by my husband and me. They don't tell you that to get this accomplished, you need the strength of 10 men. To even begin to get the rebounder to open, we had to remove the cover and 4 of the bungee cords closest to the hinges. Even with that and with me standing on one side of it with all my weight, it took my husband every ounce of strength he has to push the other side down for it to lay flat. That simple diagram showing 2 people using their hands is very misleading! Once opened, the holes at the hinge where the stabilizing pin goes didn't line up, and we couldn't get the bungee cords reattached to the rebounder using the rinky dink tool they supplied. This was just one, big, frustrating endeavor that resulted in us returning it. I felt like we wrestled a gorilla just trying to get the thing opened flat, never mind the effort it took to try and get those bungee cords reattached. They kept popping back off the round ball. I'll just jump rope before I ever make another attempt at putting one of these together.

Too difficult to put together. bungees are mostly not attached and can't see what little instructions there are on how to attach them. Dangerous to put together!

I can't get this thing put together. I'm not sure if it is defective or what, but I cannot get it unfolded in order for the two pieces to "click" in together. :-(

Several springs weren't attached and impossible to attach.. faulty manufacturing, spring enclosures too small to attach

The box came heavily taped and was obviously a return. We found out why. The trampoline was defective and with three healthy people trying to unfold it, it wouldn't open past 30 degrees. Returned.
