Great way to exercise, this unit is almost 23 pounds so it's not light. It will fold up but does take up room. Start low and for us older ladies don't go jumping to the ceiling, lol! Shipping was delayed but it seems like this is happening very frequently.

I really like this and so will my bad knees. Very easy to assemble. Doesn't take up alot of room in my small home. It says 10 mins a day will make an impact too.

This rebounder is perfect for me. Has perfect amount of tension/spring for health bounce and marching exercise. There is no noise from the springs. It's very stable and the stabilizer bar is solid. At $65, this was a good buy and I use it every day.

I ordered this 40-inch Spring Mini Fitness Trampoline designed for adults, with a 3-level adjustable foam handle and a foldable design. It turned out to be bigger than I expected but was fairly easy to assemble—I had it put together in about 20 minutes, though I had to redo the poles after placing them in the wrong spots to match the handlebar holes. I'm not sure how simple it will be to fold back up; when I tried, it seemed more time-consuming than I wanted to deal with, so for now it's set on its side until I find a permanent spot or an easier folding method. It feels very sturdy, and I think it will last a long time.

I like this mini trampoline; it's a nice size - 40". I love that it has a handle. I'm a senior and need it for safety. I put poles in the wrong side (maybe should be marked left and right). But not really a big deal, if screws holes don't line up, then they are in the wrong side. You can adjust the height of the handles.

It took me about 40 minutes to assemble. The legs for the arm bars weren't labeled so of course I put them on backwards at first. The instructions are not as detailed as I would have preferred so I ended up scratching the paint a bit on one of the bars. Hopefully others have better luck the first time. Other than that, it seems to be a decent quality product and I look forward to using it often!

Assembly was difficult and came with vague direction. Illustrations were not clear. Unfolding it should state it requires two people. I was pulling on one half, and pushing the other half with my foot. My bad back hurt for three days! After assembly, I think it is of good quality, and the stabilizer bar is essential for a senior citizen. I have lost five pounds since getting it, and that's with gentle exercise a few days a week. I highly recommend researching rebounding exercises for seniors before purchasing one.
