This island ended up being much better quality than I expected for the money. It is hard to tell what an item will be by pictures but this is a really nice rolling cart. Putting it together does take some time but if you've ever put a boxed item together before you'll be fine. Instructions are okay and they actually provided more than enough hardware. No missing pieces as I've experienced before. I would certainly recommend this item for those looking to add workspace to their kitchen. It looks very nice as well. Highly recommend.

Took me about 3 hours to put it together, first 2 hours was trying to do it without reading instructions (I know, it's a male thing), then read the instructions and carefully put everything together. Everything fit perfectly and works as it should be. Using it to hold up my 32" Samsung 1440p 180hz gaming monitor in the living room. One caveat is the drawers don't come out all the way, I guess this is a safety measure to prevent the drawers from being ripped out from the rails, which is understandable.

I love this island, although it was a PIA to assemble. Lots of extra hardware. It’s not level, and no matter what I try, it still wobbles without the brake being on. I can live with that, though. Happily, I got it on sale, so that’s a big plus. Height is good for me - I’m 5’11.5”, and it’s big enough for storage. And the drop down counter top is great! I’m very happy I got the black. It perfectly compliments my kitchen :)

Love the kitchen island so much I’m buying another for my small apartment without counter space. Wanted something to match. Going to keep the second against the wall with table top down. I will use as a pantry but, when guests come, just roll together to make a big table. Honestly hated putting this together! I made it wrong on step 6, didn’t notice the two upper drill holes for the cupboard door pins. In my defense, it was late and I made it by myself. Maybe if the directions could give a little note on that . So, l had to undo a lot to fix. Also, to take the K and L parts apart you need to push down not up! like it says in the directions. That wasted minutes. But this time I know better!! Love it and all it’s features. I’m going to mount the spice rack and towel holder for the second one near the stove and sink. So it’ll be different lol.

this is far the best cabinet I've ever built it's very high quality when i finished assembleing it is very sturdy and rolls beautifully The folding tabletop works to perfection and strong with three mechanical L brackets took my brother and I about 2 and 1/2 hours to build it I'm very happy with it . looked in researched everywhere and found it right here at Walmart Don't sleep on Walmart!!

This island is awesome! Very sturdy and solid. Perfect for extra counter space. Love the way you can move it around or lock it in place. Great features such as cupboard space underneath, drawers, and spice and towel rack make it a great addition to your kitchen. Also assemby wasn't that bad but if you are not handy with tools then get someone who is and they should have no problem at all.

Good quality. Thought price slightly high since wasn't prebuilt. Thought had pullout drawers/shelving on left side. That took away a * %26 lost 2nd * to slightly higher price for having to put together. No sliding shelving on left meant lost room for more items hard to get to. Otherwise, great concept.

Beautiful piece of furniture, much larger than I had anticipated. However, the instructions said it should take about 2 hours to assemble. It took my husband and I the better part of two days. The instructions are only pictures, letters and numbers and can be very confusing. Plan on spending a lot of time trying to figure out the instructions and putting it together.

The attractive design and compact size looks great in my tiny kitchen. Sadly, the 2 main boards in the cabinet are flimsy partcle boards, unlike the stronger shelving part. The instructions were limited to pictures. It helps to know something about cabinet making.

I ordered this white small island for an apartment kitchen. I paid more to have it put together while I was at work than the island cost. I came home to a monstrous huge island that would fit in a huge home. it looks like a jail for animals. I would never order from this manufacturer again..
