Needed a small grill for my patio so I decided to go with this one that's my family isn't that big but when I have gatherings it's just the right size to get stuff done at a decent pace and not too big to the point where I have to clean too much. Don't regret my decision as its been a great buy so far. The instructions gave me a bit of a hard time even though all the pieces were there for assembly. It seems the directions are old, and the screws have been relabeled, so they haven't updated the directions with the new screws but pretty straightforward to figure it out as you go through the building process. Other than that had no troubles making it pretty lightweight easy to move around. Easy to clean. Love the grease tray makes life easy. Burners a decently spread out so it's easy to scrape them off and keep them clean.

My last bbq was hitting it's 20 year mark so it was time to upgrade and this new one is way more impressive! Assembly only took about 2 hours and a screwdriver. Love that this one is all metal with a storage area below versus my last one that had a plastic frame and exposed everything. Flame is nice and consistent across all 4 burners and it even came with a cleaning brush for the grill

I can't say enough good things about this grill! It was pretty easy to put together the only thing in the directions on step 6and 7 the screws are the opposite ones (so just pay attention to the screws) The build quality is solid, and it gets hot fast which is a game changer! It's perfect for dinners and cookouts! I have grilled burgers, hot dogs, steak, and everything came out juicy and flavorful. Also clean up was a breeze which is a plus. But the best part is it's affordable!

It is good grill for the money. The instructions could have been clearer but the grill is really over engineered. The packaging was amazing. I've helped drop military supplies in a combat zone that weren't packaged any better. It is fairly small and the materials are not heavy duty, but we intend to use it as an oven as much as a grill and I expect a lot of good service. All in all, a very well made light duty grill.

Not an easy assembly procedure, directions are vague. Thin metal and grate. No recess holder for gas tank or tie downs, it just sits under the grill. The 40,000 BTW is somewhat of overkill. It does heat up very fast and uses little gas though, so that's a positive.

Walmart did not follow my delivery instructions and the website for the product was very misleading it said some assembly required not all assembly required and since I was a first time purchaser of this product I was very upset and no longer want it and I'll go to a different store and pay more for one already assembled

The fake chrome on the handles is coming off already. Not an even burn

This entire experience has been one of the worst I've had in years. Initially i ordered the Siezen 3 burner. Was a few hours through the assembly and then upon removing the shipping bracket realized it was super warped. Opened the lid and the entire set up was bent. I had carefully cut the box apart to make it easier to pull everything out. I set it up for a return online and took it to the store. Then I I had to take it back home. Disassemble it, re package it and bring it back to the store. Because it's purchased through a third-party vendor, the local store manager did not take much accountability making the entire situation my problem. I called Walmart customer service they gave me $50 off my replacement barbecue I had already ordered, the Sizen four burner. And refunded me the protection plan from the original purchase a few days later when I finally had a moment to disassemble the original barbecue, I plan to use the box for the replacement one. Upon opening the replacement barbecue (the 4 burner) I notice it has a big scratch across the chrome finish. Because I'm too exhausted to deal with this again I'm going to probably end up keeping the new one that's damaged and the box. The new one came in doesn't fit the old one so now it's on me to purchase a new box to send back the original barbecue to rub salt on the wound. I saw the same barbecue for the same price at Home Depot fully assembled after purchasing this, and I still have the new one to assemble… Originally, I thought they would be able to take a partially assembled one, and resell it as an open box, and discount it with the damage, however, because it's through a third-party vendor, they would do no such thing. Walmart needs to come up with a better plan to handle product shipped by a third-party vendor that requires assemblies so that all of this time and responsibility does not fall onto the customer. The customer service representatives, managers included, are pretty limited on what they can do to appease the situation…
