the product is a decent solar bank that it does it's job. It has lights yes if you need but also keep an eye out on the power button. Sometimes it does need a reminder to be put on especially if you're always charging or just utilize a plug to charge its body etc etc. The only true down fall is how the cord/plug ins to electronics is as what was described and if you like the design and so on, it's ok. I am not satisfied with it but it's better as a take with you on the road solar bank than at home.
The solar power part of my device stopped working right after the warranty expired not a big deal for me, but a slight inconvenience. The battery life is fantastic and last 4-5 full charges of a variety of devices. At the price point I got it at (sale) it's incredibly worth it. But those that are paying full price for the solar functionality, would not recommend.
The product's fast charging port offers too much power, causing my phone's safety protocol to kick in and stop the charging process, effectively limiting me to slow charging. It works, but it would not be my first choice should I need a new power bank in the future.
Would be a great value if it was as advertised. As several reviewers mentioned, nowhere on the box does it say 40k, there was NO manual, and the capacity is nowhere near 40k mah asvertised. My phone, fully discharged requires 4k for a full charge...this should give me ~ 20 charges without hitting zero. I get 3 maybe 3⁵. I should bave guessed there was a reason why it was so discounted.
device functions correctly but it is only a 10,000 mha not the 40,000 mha that is advertised. I consider lying to a consumer the greatest sin for any company.
This deserves 0 stars. Nothing on box or battery says 40kmah. No instructions, and the plastic it was in was torn to shreds like this was a return. They feel cheap, they barely charge in the sun, and they lose power quick. I had this out in direct sunlight for over 12 hours. I just used it and it lost 25% charge…I gained 3% on my phone. Oh wait, now it's down to 50% and my phone is at 7%. And it's hot. Bought two…tried them both, same result. AVOID
i jist bought this a couple of months ago and it sat in the car and swelled up. it is now useless. What is the warranty and how do I get a replacement or refund?
The shipment did not reach me. Despite repeatedly pointing out the address details, it was left at an unknown location.
Orderd 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be 2 day delivery.. I just keep getting messages that it's delayed. Btw this is the 2nd time. They cancelled an item last week stating it was “stolen”,,
The packaging says nothing on it about being 40,000 mah. And it didn't charge my phone when plugged in. the thing was dead in the morning and my phone was only charged up to 26%.
