Works as expected
Didnt notice it was refurbished when it was purchased. We did have a time getting the chain to loosen up. After we got the tension right, it has been a good chainsaw.

This item is listed as NEW it is actually factory restored "not new" to me this has been falsely advertised I will not buy here again.

This chainsaw was adertized as new. The ad did not state that it was a "reconditioned" saw. In fact the chainsaw is 5years old according to its serial number. I am returning it because I thought the chainsaw was new. Walmart should state that any item they sell is new or reconditioned and stop deceptive advertising.

The chainsaw is listed as new. It came refurbished, which isn't a big deal considering the price. However, it doesn't go together. I'm very familiar with chainsaws and it did not go together at all I don't know how something can be factory refurbished and leave the factory, knowing that it doesn't go together or comes together very hard or difficult. So I have to send it back. What a friggin waste of time!!!
