Trash packaging
Got this for my son for Christmas, came in a shipping bag with all the parts just thrown in baggies, No box or case, thrown in like a bag of junk, that is exactly what he will think it is very disappointed, If you are getting as a gift I would rethink unless you plan to repackage, hope this does represent the quality of the product.

Highly Disappointed
I would review this less than one star if I could. It doesn't even get hot enough to burn wood. Have to press hard, and nothing happens except the tip scratching the wood. So disappointed. I can't even return it because i am over the 30 day window. i bought this in November for my son for Christmas. My 30 day window expired yesterday.

Awful, not worth it
Terrible! It takes way too long to heat up and way too long to cool down. The tips come loose and one nearly fell off. Total waste of money.
