review on 9/12/25, I bought the MS02 model on August 18, 2025, and received it on August 25, 2025. So, I've rated five stars so far because, as far as I can see, this looks just like the video and photos posted. I bought it cause I like to travel and I'm tired of renting others. I'm a big lady, so I need a large, comfy seat. So I did buy a slightly bigger seat that fits this scooter and a few other models. I only tested the scooter's user friendliness by driving it up and down my driveway and my street. Yes, it does go fast and handles hills. This mobility chair has good power. I will update you on how it works for getting in and out of my Trunk SUV/Van, as well as navigating while traveling.

I have looked for a scooter 🛵 for several years. The Ecombi MS07 is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend. Easily transported in my SUV, easily maintained. I love it. Maneuvers very easily, assembly was simple and power is perfect.

I looked at so many scooters for my mom before deciding on this one and I'm glad I did. She loved the color and gets complements all the time. The battery lasts for weeks with moderate use and it's small enough to fit in her suv. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I love my new pink scooter! It has allowed me to enjoy life again. So far I have gone to the TN Aquarium twice, the IMAX theater twice and the Chattanooga Zoo once! I did have a couple issues with the scooter but the seller took care of them promptly. They stayed in close contact through email and text. If you have any hesitation of ordering your scooter online rest assured you will be in good hands with this seller.

Narrow than most. Must get up if heavy person to go up ramps and down. No arm rest. Time and miles were great. All around good product for the cost. I would repurchase brand again with arm rest for comfort. Customer service was amazing.

Surprisingly this had the main components already put together, just had to do the seat, baskets and lights underneath. Battery charged full and quickly. Top speed is 6mph. However, if you have a gravel driveway with big rocks or thick grass, you will have to find another way to get out onto your sidewalk. Other than that, I think it is a great little scooter to give people their independence in getting around.

Very powerful motor for an incline. Quick charge. Stable. Great value for the price. I took it on a cruise and used it for a regular room with one bed without windows. I had to remove the back basket so it could fit through the door. It barely fit, but it wasn't an issue once you got the hang of driving it. Easy to load to a minivan even without a ramp for a healthy able-bodied adult. I'm disabled and I was able to use a trifold aluminum pet ramp to get it in my minivan through the side doors. The only inconvenience is the turning radius. It's a bit wide, and it takes some getting used to. Other than that, it is AWESOME!!! 100% RECOMMEND IT!

Received the scooter sooner than expected. We had ordered the one with the extra mileage. So we checked the battery and found out that we were sent the smaller battery instead of the larger one that goes farther. Tried to message seller and they responded in a reasonable time. Had some issues trying to respond back with the info they wanted because it would not let me attach a picture. Finally after reporting to Walmart they got back and said they would send another battery. Then I received a message saying the battery was on back order for 12 days. Well 12 days later still no word on what's going on.

Be aware that this chair does not come with arm rests %26 is not compatible for arm rests. The description shows a picture of a gentleman on a scooter with arm rests. I returned the scooter because of the false advertisement. The return process was a nightmare %26 still is. It's been almost 2 months %26 I have not received the full return amount %26 it's been an absolutely terrible experience. Horrible customer service. Beware!

I am 300 pounds. It is too small to be comfortable for people my size. My knees hit the handle column. It is easy to fold up. I think that it would be fine for smaller people. I had to return it and find one for bigger people.
