This item came well packaged, with easy to follow instructions. As soon as it was delivered, I got straight to work on it. It took me about 30min by myself. The color is perfect, I love the extra storage, it's very soft and it even has storage pockets on the sides!

looks great, sturdy. a fat person can sit on ot to put socks and shoes on. i love it. took almost an hour to assemble. really nice cream color

This bench was so much more than I expected. Plenty of storage, and sturdy. Doesn't feel unstable when sitting on it at all.

Assembly was difficult and time-consuming for my experienced carpenter husband. If you can get past that, it is a nice piece for the money. The material is nice and color is exactly as pictured. Easy to open and close and fits several bulky blankets.

I bought this bench for my child's nursery for sitting room and extra storage, and I feel like it was perfect size and price for that purpose. It's not the fanciest storage bench ever and the fabric is stain resistant. Leave some time for assembly -- you have to partially tighten screws and then wedge the sides together, then tighten all the way. Definitely would buy again!

This upholstered storage bench is roomier than expected, and coordinates perfectly with my tastefully simple grey and cream bedroom decor. Assembly will require some finessing, but it sure looks good when you're done. I modified the instructions, and found that starting the assembly with top %26 bottom hooks on each piece, instead of all three, worked better. I was able to assembly the bench myself, but a second person assisting is definitely recommended. One last observation - the front fabric was a little puckered at first. Several weeks later now, that seems to be slowly smoothing out. Despite assembly logistics, I found this storage bench roomier than I expected and I'm very pleased with it.

Disappointed, the material covering the bench is loose. Looks horrible. Apparently the only way to return the bench is by putting everything back in the box it came in. No way can I fit everything back in the box after I assembled it.

Don't know if the manufacturer changed from prior customers, but it doesn't look like the photos- different inner lining, arrived with stains, scuffs, and built poorly. Basically needs to be redrilled to be assembled like pictured.
