I ordered 6 trampolines on a Saturday, %26 rec'd them 3 days later! 🙌 Great!! BUT…The legs are supposed to be 7 1/2”, as advertised! The picture clearly shows that, but they are NOT. They are 9 1/4”. I'm putting them in my basement (7ft ceiling). This extra 1 3/4” matters. Hopefully, we can get that taken care of 😊

Item arrived quickly, was pretty simple to set-up, being used every other day, works great! Got the larger 48” model, like it more than the smaller versions of rebounders that I've used, gives some room to move around and allows for some mistakes without causing a crash.

The shipping was super fast. The trampoline is well made and easy to assemble. Their customer service is fantastic. I am very happy with this trampoline and would recommend it.

For my 1st mini trampoline, I thought this was great, BUT the springs are louder than I expected. Everyone upstairs %26 in our detached garage can hear when I bounce on it. I ended up returning it %26 will try a mini bungee trampoline because I've heard they are quieter altho a little more expensive.

Bad experiance wih BCAN, they have been making it difficult, nearly impossible to return. The 30 day free return is not being honored by BCAN. I would never do busiess with them again. Bought 2 products from BCAN and BCAN delivered late. BCAN has not honored their promises on recieving or returning thier product. I should have chosen differently, maybe you should rethink trusting buying from BCAN too.
