48 Mantel Shelf with Purposeful Distressing and Optional Corbels Veneer

Was just what I was looking for! Good quality, easy to install. I did not go with the corbels because the mantel plain matches the look of my tv stand. Very pleased!

Loved it. Easy to put up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fireplace shelf was super easy to assemble and hang. I have never seen a shelf that hangs like this. There is a piece that is screwed to the wall and the shelf has a groove on the inside for it to be placed right onto the attached wall piece. This made it very easy to hang and it seems much more sturdy than other ways shelves are hung. The two bottom ornamental pieces can be used or it looks great without them too. The gray color and antique look goes great with our old house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up this 48" Fireplace Shelf Mantel by Twin Star Home mainly because the color was an excellent match to the room we were redoing. I hadn't actually heard of Twin Star Home, so when the piece was delivered practically fully assembled I was shocked. This piece is solidly built and the provided instructions to complete installation (final assembly and wall mounting) were diagrammed well and simple to follow. I will be looking forward to additional purchases for matching pieces from the Twin Star Home collection of products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a breeze to install, it really needs two people to do so but one could manage, just be sure to use a level of course. The rustic color is fantastic and it's just the right size to go above the fireplace. It's nice and sturdy as well. The interior is hollow so if you really desired you could hide valuables in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Fireplace Shelf Mantel! It is beautiful. Great for farmhouse decor. The shelf is easy to hang. It is a heavy thick piece of wood for the shelf. It also has where you can add supports under the shelf.. The is a deep grey color and has divets in the wood for a more rustic feel. It will give any room.great character. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added this mantle into our family room for a focal point. The installation was a 2 person job and not difficult. The instructions were clear, but know that the mantle is heavy and 2 people are needed. The distressed gray looks so good on our wall. We've already had friends over since installing it and they've commented on how good it looks. The mantle is a timeless piece and can go with any decor. Highly recommend this for a shelf or over a fireplace!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wall shelf for a trial for review. It seems to be well made and sturdy but it's humongous and extremely heavy, it took two people to pick it up and I haven't found a spot to put it yet because I'm afraid of it damaging the wall and falling. For something this big I would recommend using a lighter wood.
