Works for Mom
I bought this for my mother when she got home from a long stay in the hospital. It works and she has stated that she appreciates it. It is sturdy and I trust it with my mother. I may have over done the grab bars but I would prefer for her to have one than to need it and have nothing.

Great extra long grab bar
I'm adding a variety of grab bars for my elderly mother and had trouble finding a 48" bar at local hardware stores. This bar is the correct size to fit my 16" stud spacing without needing to use wall anchors. It's a comfortable diameter for the elderly and is easy to install.

It works well for me and looks nice on my steps in my garage. The only bad thing I have to say is that it was delayed in delivery by 5 days.
