I've used this pole saw a few times already, and it performs great. The engine has enough power to handle branches and other plants without any issues, and it runs fairly quietly. It comes pre-assembled and includes tools for maintenance. Overall, I think it's a good price for such a useful tool.
it was perfect and works fine and it came through for me on time and I live in Monroe Louisiana and we just had a ice storm couldn't have been a perfect time for a pole saw and a good price👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Parts missing!!! Contacted the seller who informed me that they would send parts. I'm waiting.
it never worked, very disappointed and the last time i attempted to return an item ordered online, everyone gave me the run around.
I was supposed to have got an extra chain, I did not! Does work good, and starts easy
