I've used this pole saw a few times already, and it performs great. The engine has enough power to handle branches and other plants without any issues, and it runs fairly quietly. It comes pre-assembled and includes tools for maintenance. Overall, I think it's a good price for such a useful tool.

It took forever to arrive, but Not, the sellers fault. Shipping issues with FedEx. So far it's just been used around 30min in total. As for the quality of the unit, it's a good quality unit for the price and shipping was free. It has a 12" bar and it's reach is about 10', plus your own reach. It has performed well in the time of usage. No complaints on quality, power, ease of assembly, usage or the weight of the unit. My review will obviously be updated on any issues with the unit, if they develop, but it has performed as expected. It looks like it's of quality materials and manufacturing. I will update the review later on after some more usage, as to testify to the strength, durability, performance and the longevity of the unit with actual usage over time. So far I have No Complaints.

Parts missing!!! Contacted the seller who informed me that they would send parts. I'm waiting.

it never worked, very disappointed and the last time i attempted to return an item ordered online, everyone gave me the run around.

I was supposed to have got an extra chain, I did not! Does work good, and starts easy
