I ordered this as it was listed as the replacement for the e-bike I have. it did not have the standard electrical connector and I had to wire different connection due to non-system compatibilities. After recommended charging the battery would only allow 22 miles distance. The original battery provided 34 miles. However the price was $100 less than most other sites. Over all it's acceptable because most of my rides are less than 10 miles.

Compared to Eskute 48V 10ah battery with an 18A charge controller ebike, the VATOSO battery did not last as long during similar distance rides. Seller included no hardware to bolt battery into slot to connect to frame, the metal slide bar on the mount slides. I had to secure the battery onto top bar on ebike in weather proof fabric holder and electrical tape while testing due to missing hardware to secure and lock to ebike frame, unless i drilled new holes in frame and bought screws from homedepot or hardware store. Seller gave hard time when first asked for refund (due to fast discharge issue) almost 3 weeks ago. Now trying to return under warranty replacement.

Sold as 20Ah. Perfect in all departments except when tested using an active load it measured 13Ah. Just not close, so I sent it back with no problems at all for a full refund.
