buy this if you want a heavy duty cart

dedwells December 28, 2013

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I told him to be sure to read the directions first, because of what the others said in the reviews. He said, why don't you take a try. I did and I only had to call for help twice. It was easy to put together, you just have to read the directions. The bolt holding the front axle support to the yoke is too short, but he can buy one later. It still works. It was fun to put the pieces together. The tires do smell but this in the garage, and smell is going away. Enjoy.

Love it!

Lovewalmart64 October 10, 2014

I purchased the wagon as I have a disabled older German Shepard. He has a K-9 cart to get around but when I am working outside he likes to be by me and part of what is going on. I can't watch him in the Kart and do what needs to be done. The wagon is good for hauling dogs around.... and little kids I would imagine. I put a dog bed inside for him to lay on. The sides are GREAT to keep him contained and is wonderful that they slide down to put him in the cart. They latch together easily, when raised. Also the steering is good when turning the cart around. The tires DO STINK ALOT!!! so for outside use it is wonderful! The assembly was not difficult. I have only had a few weeks so I am not sure if the smell from the tires will dissipate. But it is a really good value for the price.

Parts package

TedSWM May 27, 2016

The parts package was torn and the parts were scattered throughout the box. After diligently searching the cotter keys etc. were retrieved. Two of the washers were missing. I replaced the washers and followed the directions and assembled the wagon without problems. I think this is a bargain for the price.

Wagon

Sylansmom3 October 23, 2013

Brought this wagon to pull my 3 kids around the zoo and neighborhood. It's fantastic! My children are 6,4,and 2 and they all fit well in it! So glad I didn't buy a step2 or radio flyer wagon.

Smells!!!!

Anonymous June 18, 2013

The only problem we have with this wagon is the smell. We wrote the manufacturer and they stated that the smell was the tires and gave us a few suggestions to help with the smell. We live in AZ and keep the wagon in our garage and the entire garage smells awful! One suggestion the manufacturer gave was to let the wagon sit out in the sun.

extra work required

Guest August 15, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your company did a good job with the order and keeping me informed with the delivery. the product however, is not built as well as I would have liked. First it did not come with all the washers to properly install the wheels. Zoro (Fernando) did a really nice job to try and figure out what I needed since these washer had to be very thin to allow the wheel to go on and be able to get the cotter pin in. If you used standard thickness washers there would be no way the pin would go in. I am a machinist by trade and mechanically inclined. Once I did receive the missing washers from washer the manufacturer, I was able to get all the wheels on but one due to the fact that the wheel bearing was not in straight. I eventually had to open up the cotter pin hole to get the cotter pin in. I can't image the average homeowner doing all this work. They would have just sent it back, i would think. I have not used it yet since I bought it for an upcoming shore trip, but it appears that it will be fine.

Good design but watch out for mis-fit parts

Guest July 26, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was well constructed and overall a good value for the money. My low rating is based on two major complaints: 1) The interior dimensions specified were wrong (it is slightly shorter in both length and width than speced). This made a big difference given what I intended to use it for. 2) It was a hassle to assemble. Parts were missing, and some parts that were included (wheel washers) didn't fit. Two trips to the hardware store were necessary to find an ad hoc solution. I recommend the engineers who designed this take the time to actually assemble one and review the specs. They will discover what I am talking about.

Poor design!

CLKY June 25, 2014

The wagon is extremely unstable and tips over on the slightest grade due to the narrow wheel base. The frame is weak and there is no way it can hold the weight given for the product. I hate it! It was a waste of 125 dollars! Wish I had the box to return to manufacturer! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

THis is junk, do not buy

Gregory1000 August 6, 2013

The tires smell like mothballs. The wheel stems are different sizes including too short so the bearings lock. poor build on the floor and walls. I returned the unit to a Walmart store.
