I just returned from almost 3 weeks in Europe with many days of motor coach drives and many hotel stays so having the portable fridge was indispensable for keeping my insulin and pens cool when air conditioning is not guaranteed(particularly in rural Bavaria) and no 2 hotels had the same type of in room fridge. Final flight home the USB lid was swapped on and I used a small power bank since the plane had no in seat power source. If you go to the TSA website you can download and print out a blue and white medical disability card which suggests calling TSA 72 hours before a trip for a special agent to help you not have the biogel confiscated as even if it is not frozen it IS supposed to be exempt from being confiscated.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and after many months of pain, I was finally prescribed biologic injections that have been a life saver for me. I had planned a trip to Europe from Australia which takes about 32 hours door to door and I was panicking because I had no idea how to keep my four syringes at fridge temperature. I then discovered 4allfamily products and found the Explorer which was perfect for my needs. Staff at the company have been fantastic in helping explain the differences in their various products and provided advice on which would be most suited to my needs. I am about to leave on my holiday and feel secure in knowing that my medication will be kept at the right temperature throughout my holiday. I will be writing another revue when I return home. I have been thrilled with the service of this company. I needed to travel with four syringes but did not know if I needed one or two coolers. The company assured me that each cooler would carry two syringes but they could not say whether each cooler could carry four. I consequently bought two coolers and was thrilled to find that I could place four syringes in one cooler. I returned one cooler to the company without any problems and they reimbursed me not only for the cost of the extra cooler but also for the cost of postage of the cooler back to the company. Truely excellent service. I am so pleased with the Explorer. It is not too heavy and I was able to pass through all security checks without any problems. The Explorer means that I can now travail for long distances in the comfort of knowing that my medication will be kept at fridge temperature for a long period of time.

I purchased 2 Explorer coolers (72 Hours Insulin Cooler 3-in-1 Medicine Travel Cooler) together with 2 power banks and covers for a long flight from the USA to New Zealand. I have tested the coolers using a combination of electrical power plus power banks and the results of the tests have confirmed that they will keep my medication at the correct temperature for well beyond the duration of my travel. Very good product and the customer support is excellent.

we travel all the time and when we decided to drive cross country last year, I found this product for my 3 mos supply of insulin. It worked wonderfully. we just got back from 3 weeks in Europe and I never worried. fyi I do get pulled aside many times by airport security to check contents but after inspection we go right through! you won't be sorry you purchased, especially when there is no fridge in your hotel room, you just plug in the top!

We used this on a 23 hour door to door trip to Greece and the insulin stayed perfectly chill the entire time without even plugging it in! I felt so much peace of mind knowing my son's extra insulin supplies I knew we wouldn't use didn't go bad. Thank you for this great invention!!!

It worked so well and I was so impressed, I asked about selling them! I've told everyone within social media range about these. I thoroughly tested mine (my autoinjectors are HUGE and i can fit THREE in this!) and I'm highly impressed...and I am the world's worst skeptic, so that is saying something. I plan on buying another model just to show my friends. My doctor's office has seen it and my PA was impressed as well! Keep up the good work y'all!

Tested the product and it works really well. I'll be able to travel without worrying about my medications. The customer service is amazing! They're always happy and willing to assist in any way.

Very disappointing that the gel ice brick split open in my luggage and leaked goo everywhere. up until this point I would have given this product 5 stars. Fortunately this happened on my flight home.
