I was looking for a parmesan WITHOUT the cellulose "wood powder" or whatever they use to keep it from caking up. THIS was the only brand. It is so EXCELLENT, that my family members are going to start using it too. I used it on garlic toast and broiled it. Toasting it brought out the flavor. I also sprinkled it on my salad. Superb!!!
We live very rural and getting “specialty “ products like imported cheese is a full hour plus drive. That being said I can’t always have on hand proper Italian cheese and 4C hands down is the best in a pinch. It’s the only brand without added cellulose or other crap, it does clump slightly because of that but it is absolutely a worth it, a good shake of the bottle will easily break it up. I hope my store always carries this we always have it in the house. We put it on pizza, pasta, salad all kinds of things.
This is the only brand of shake on cheese we use. It doesn't have any fillers in it and it tastes amazing. Why add fillers? If the cheese gets a little clumpy, I just put a fork in there and loosen it up. Much better than eating chemicals and saw dust, don't you think? Yes, it costs a little more, but when it is on sale, we really stock up. The shelf life is good as long as you don't open it. Once it is open it and put it in the fridge, it won't be around long enough to go bad. The only downer is that it goes out of stock frequently. I guess that is a testimony to how good it is.
My husband is very particular about what cheese he'll eat, and most of the more affordable brands didn't meet his standards. So I was very pleased to find this, it's not cheap but it's not as expensive as the cheeses he usually likes and he LOVES it. He puts it on everything.
I love grated cheese, but don't like fillers. This is one of very few grated cheeses that doesn't have cellulose fillers. So, once it's opened, you might have to stir it up so it flows evenly. Big deal. I think that's a small price to pay to eat only cheese, not cellulose!
This cheese is so good!!! No cellulose or fillers in it, so it’s a good healthy choice! I love that it’s in a glass bottle too (no microplastics). This is my go-to for Parmesan cheese!
This 4c Parmesan Romano cheese is the most flavorful shakable cheese. It is in glass which preserves its fabulous flavor, and we use it on so many meals. Very tasty.
100% Natural Parmesan/Romano Cheese, 6 oz. A healthier glass bottle, not plastic. Sprinkles out on salads and toast. Good source of biofriendly nutrients, calcium. This is basic and not highly processed cheese. I do not use it on a lot of things, but it would work on eggs, burritos tacos, spaghetti etcetera. This is a fairly good size bottle. Enjoy!
I really enjoy pasan cheese this taste as good as the best taste so good and well worth it the taste of the cheese is strong makes me crave mixing it with piz
It frustrating that cellulose in in (pretty much) all grated parmesan cheese. This is one of the only products our family can find that does NOT have cellulose, but it's such a small container and expensive for the amount you get. For a family, it might last 2-3 meals, tops (if you like a lot of parm on your pasta).
