Very good substitute for bread crumbs. Coats veggies great, and is very tasty. I was purchasing the can in store, all of a sudden it is not available in store, bring it back!

I have made homemade chicken fingers for my kids, fried green tomatoes and much more. They hold up extremely well and are delicious. We don't feel bloated after eating them!! I am gluten free and my family is not, so it's nice to be able to make a meal all of us will enjoy with gluten. They are seasoned perfect as well, no need to add any seasoning or salt.

This is a very good gluten-free product, and has many uses in cooking. We need more products like this!

These breadcrumbs are perfect to add in casseroles. I used them to make a low carb, gluten-free meatloaf and it was delicious!!! No one knew the difference! Highly recommend.

Great taste, can't tell the difference from regular corn bread. Very moist and as stated great taste.

These are amazing! We use them to make breaded chicken tenders and breaded pork tenderloin medallions.

I just love the bread crumbs! It makes the best chicken Parmesan or breaded pork chops. It holds in the juices and makes the meat real tender.

I love this product as well as the Italian seasoned version. I use it in meatloaf and fried chicken. Does have some larger pieces but I just pour it in a bag and crush it a little more for fried chicken and other breaded items.

I would use these even if I didn't need to cook gluten free. They are light and crunchy and the taste is amazing. I've breaded fish, zucchini and used it as a topping on homemade mac and cheese. Delicious!!!

They tasted great! A good gluten free option that adds a lot of flavor!
